Sue is a botanical artist who specialises in water colour paintings and lives in Geelong, near Melbourne, Australia. She has qualifications in art & design and has studied under several well-known Australian botanical artists.

Sue loves the art of botanic depiction. To her, it is an expression of her deep, intimate connection with nature. She is fascinated with the minute intricacies and oddities the plant kingdom offers, and is passionate about capturing and portraying this on paper.

Sue has a particular interest in Australian terrestrial Orchids, Fungi and unusual plants.

She has won several awards for her art, including medals at the Royal Horticultural
Society Flower Show in London and the Kirstenbosch Botanical Art Exhibition
in Cape Town, South Africa. Her work has been displayed at botanical
art exhibitions in Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra. Her works are
held in private collections world-wide.
